Selling Principles

Selling Principles is one of the first classes you will take in the Western Marketing Program. Selling Principles will teach you how to perform trust-based selling. You will learn this form of selling by conducting your own selling project by picking a product to sell.

The selling project will be a semester long project that contains:

  • Choosing a Product
  • An Objective
  • Buyer-Seller Agreement
  • Writing Memos
  • Participate in two mock seller-buyer meetings

With the selling project as a student you will gain more confidence in public speaking, which is a big part of marketing is being able to talk to anyone.
